As a lifelong personal development nerd, I have a passion for teaching powerful life principles to smart people to help them get out of their own way and give life to their brilliant ideas.

I'm a certified professional coach trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and a credentialed ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

When I'm not helping my clients discover and live their best lives, I'm living a creative life at home with my family, geeking out on language, practising jiu jitsu, coaxing notes out of various musical instruments or exploring the wisdom and inspiration of nature.
